All right, so I am officially freaking out. Oh my God. I am so happy. So, so happy. Incredibly happy. You have no idea how happy I am. Wow.
I was looking around for a possible good concert to attend that I could actually afford since I haven't been to a concert in ages, and then I saw it. It said Badly Drawn Boy. I couldn't believe it. Still can't. WOW.
It feels almost as though it did when I found out Blur was coming to Atlanta. I freaked out a little more then maybe, but Badly Drawn Boy is likely my next favourite band, or close anyway. They're coming!!! I can't stop bouncing around!! And jumping! They're coming! They're coming!!! YAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!
All right, I suppose you've had enough of that. But I really am excited. Whew, talk about a mood lift!!! Today wasn't really so bad, though. Took three exams. All went okay, I think *knock on wood*. I think I screwed up the relative minors on the choir exam. Mew. She did tell us that that would not be on the exam (stupid, mean B of doom), though, and then it was, so I didn't even review over those and I should have. Yes, I know, bad that I don't remember such things, but my music theory is rusty and not really as advanced as it could be... Egh. Hopefully everything will be all right *knock on wood again*. Otherwise, I had to dress in business attire to earn 5 bonus points on the 'Conomics exam. I was going to wear a suit, but it wasn't readily available; had another one, but it was far too uncomfortable to wear for a whole school day-- particularly an exam day. Wore slacks and a nice shirt along with really uncomfortable nice shoes, and that did the job; therefore, yay.
Tomorrow is a half day. I have to take a Crackulus (well, Discrete Math) exam and then go pick up my senior portrait proofs from the photographer. I'm a little nervous about it because I am not very photogenic at all; hopefully, at least one of the 456 or so pictures we took came out all right.
Next day is SAT and All-State auditions. Not very ready for SAT at all as I haven't had any time to study, so I suppose a few hours tonight and tomorrow evening will have to s0mehow do the trick. I was supposed to go all the way to Carrollton to take it, but I am just going to shell out a few more bucks and do a walk-in at Newnan Hell School, as the counselor says that I will surely be able to take the test. Understand that my audition is at Eagle's Landing at 2.30 p.m., and I have to be there 30 minutes in advance for check-in and the like; it takes approximately 1.5 hours to get there from here. Going to Carrollton would extend that time span, and that would be bad. I really hope I make it, but I'm a little worried because I am a little sick with a cold and a sore throat, and I fear that the SAT will totally exhaust me. But hopefully all will be well *knock on wood*.
