I've got to admit it's getting colder-- it's getting colder all the time.

Current mood: satisfied
Currently listening to: Jack Johnson - "Dreams Be Dreams"

Oy vey, yev yo, it's cold!
It's been a weird lateness-- particularly this weeked. I can't believe how much I slept in the past two days; Saturday I got into bed at 1 am only to roll out at 9.30, notice the widespread ice, and get back into my soft, blue, ever-so-loved cloud (the bed, indeed). I took a break from sleeping from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, and I continued my lethargic endeavor from the latter time to 7.00-ish. You would imagine after that I would not have slept very much more, but you would be wrong. I fell asleep on a book at some point between 11 and 12, and my mom came to turn my room's lights off at around 1-something-ish. I proceeded to sleep until 9.30 in the morning. And I've yet to accomplish anything.

Anywho, I made All State (yay!), so I will be in Savannah at the end of February-- a yay! My house came very close to meeting a tragic fate, but 911 put out the fire before it reached the actual structure. We'll have greener grass in the spring. Unfortunately, some people who live not that close to us (with all the places the wind could have blown the hot embers toward, it had to be our yard, obviously) lost their house; all that's left standing is a shabby fourth of the structure, and I'm sure a mere kick on anyone's part would make that collapse.

Senioritis has been gnawing away at any will to do things I may have had left. Even though I have no earthly idea what lies ahead past graduation, I am very glad to know I will never have to attend High School again very soon.

Here're a few snapshots.
